Transfinite closure and the horn-attachment criterion

The actual Street weak class is stable under transfinite composition and retracts. Thus the small object argument reduces horn-left acyclicity to weakness of pushouts of simultaneous literal horn attachments. The horn-attachment premise expresses the local acyclicity criterion.
