Constructed ordered vertex maps of strict oriental functors

The explicitly constructed interval cell supplies a cell between any two ordered vertices. No composition-generation theorem is needed. Consequently a strict functor from an oriental to a poset is precisely its monotone vertex map. This will detect full sieve fibres at the last vertex.
