Comparing finite product laws
Replacing one independent coordinate at a time bounds the L¹ distance
of two finite product probability laws by the sum of their coordinate
distances. Applied to the mutually exclusive prime-site law, this gives
the accumulated quadratic error for arbitrary bounded complex tests.
All identities and inequalities here are proved by finite sums.
