Conditional uniformity by translation averaging

For uniform finite input, an equivariant output is uniform even conditional on any shift-invariant observable. The observable need not have a finite range. The proof averages translations directly and therefore never divides by a conditioning probability. In particular it applies to the output difference at a fixed perturbation, and to an independent finite noise choice.
