Actual Hybrid derivative energy in product coordinates

Parseval and affine restriction merge the selected Fourier coefficients over each actual compressed frequency. For a product splitting, explicit linear equivalences identify the quotient by the first factor with the second factor, and the first-factor subspace with its original space. Reindexing the frequency sum therefore introduces no multiplicity or normalization factor.
