The collection builds on the mathematics community's accumulated problems, results, language, and formal libraries; each manuscript's BibTeX and bibliography are the authority for individual scholarly credit.

L4DEL explanation
Replacing each vertex by a sufficiently large transitive tournament then turns that deficit into (2).
there are infinitely many non-isomorphic strongly-connected counterexamples
Replace each base vertex by a transitive tournament with block size m larger than the number of base vertices. If the base graph has positive indegree and the strengthened subset deficit, the blowup satisfies |U|+|F²(U)| < 2|F(U)| for every nonempty proper subset U.
Full-support subsets are handled using positive indegree, which fills every first- and second-image block.
For proper support, multiplying the integer deficit by m dominates the at-most-one internal error per base block; m > |V| makes the final bound strict.
