L4DEL explanations are a separate layer. They do not change the Lean source. Intuition is explanatory prose; numbered items are a reading path; sources link the wording back to evidence.

The collection builds on the mathematics community's accumulated problems, results, language, and formal libraries; each manuscript's BibTeX and bibliography are the authority for individual scholarly credit.

OAI.Yau.Target.yau_nodal_set_upper_bound_counterexampleChallenge statement: A fixed smooth metric with unbounded normalized nodal four-volume sorry line 65L4DEL explanation
This disproves the smooth upper-bound assertion in Yau’s nodal-set conjecture
On S⁴×S¹, one fixed smooth Riemannian metric supports nonzero real Laplace eigenfunctions with eigenvalues tending to infinity while four-dimensional nodal measure divided by √λ also tends to infinity. This refutes a uniform O(√λ) upper bound for that metric.
MainTargetexistentially fixes one smooth metric g onBase × Circle, a positive eigenvalue sequence λ(k), and a sequence of nonzero smooth real functions u(k).- The eigenfunction equation is written in every extended chart using the coordinate Laplacian built from g, and
nodalMeasureis the intrinsic four-dimensional Hausdorff measure of the zero set. - Lean states λ(k) → ∞ and nodalMeasure(g,u(k))/√λ(k) → ∞. The manuscript proves the stronger fixed-power excess λ^(1/2+ε₀); that exponent ε₀ is not present in this target. The challenge body is
