Cardinal invariants of topological spaces

This file defines networks of a topological space and two cardinal invariants: the density d(X) and the network weight nw(X). As usual, both are made infinite by adding ℵ₀, following the convention for cardinal invariants in Felix Pernegger's pibase-lean (PiBaseLean/AdditionalDefs/Cardinal.lean).
