Lebesgue normalization for invariant roots

A preserving root action fixes its intrinsic leaf. The pointwise rebasing law turns this into projective translation periods; diagonal covariance removes their multipliers. Arbitrarily small periods identify Lebesgue measure, giving the exact mean information coefficient one.
