Cauchy–Schwarz for the faithful tracial two-norm

The imaginary-part condition on positive squares gives the Hermitian symmetry of the trace pairing by polarization. The existing algebraic inner-product core then supplies Cauchy–Schwarz, without changing the ambient C*-algebra norm.
